What mouth watering flavors ! Of course the food is amazing but what I find impressive is Yahya Sahib’s ability to eloquently describe the flavors. His demeanor is cultured and sophisticated and his words carefully chosen . He speaks pure Hindi ( or Urdu , based on your perspective ) without unnecessary insertion of English words the way only an educated person can. As much as his Vlogs document the rich foodie culture of India , they expose us to what sophisticated and educated conversation is all about . Keep up the good work Yahya sahib!
