I am ex-Hare Krishna and spent all my school holidays staying in the temple for 4 years, waking up early in the morning for the 4.30am aarthi and so on. I wanted to become a full time devotee but things happened and now I am a Christian. Thank Jesus from saving me and life is more meaningful now.

@@stanvsam Sorry brother, I am just reading your request. Nothing much to say about my old life in the Hare Krishnas but one thing to note is that chanting and dancing ain't gonna get you anywhere. Even if you do all the good works or being nice and sweet to everyone ain't gonna get you anywhere as the Bible clearly states that our righteousness are like filthy rags. Only way to Heaven is through our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the most important and only thing anyone needs to know. Hope my message meets you well, brother.

In the early 1970s, my family went to a church with an excellent Indian pastor. He told the story that a Christian missionary came to his city and approached the Hindu priest, saying he wanted to understand more about the Hindu religion. The priest was gracious and they began meeting. Out of courtesy, the priest asked questions of the missionary. The end result was that the priest gave his life to Jesus Christ, and our pastor was that priest. I found out later that our pastor was very highly respected in India. People thought I was highly blessed to have had him as a pastor, and I agreed.

Always be careful when you hear flattery directed at you. Yes PRIDE, that's the "hook". Someone wants to control you eventually. I'm glad Christ chose you. (you brobably thought I would say that you found Christ, but it's the other way around). Read Paul's letter to the Galatians, Christ has done it all for you. @@dove7778 first of all he never had education to become a priest(Hindu) It's very clear that none of his habits are good enough to be Hindu priest. Hinduism is about Spirituality and about practising self realisation and experiencing god inside. If you compare spirituality of Hinduism and Christianity, Hinduism is like Ph.D and Christianity is like LKG. No one would like to go from PhD to LKG. So his talks are clear, he could have been Indian origin but never practiced Hinduism. and confidently he would not even know what a Hindu Priest is. This clearly a paid agenda to convert. Hinduism never say it is the only way. So even if one prays Jesus it is acceptable, but unfairly spreading hate can only be through Paid Marketing. Missionaries sell Jesus. Infact they loot and persecute in the name of Jesus. If Jesus would have been there, he would have shut down all Missionaries.

Whenever an individual doesn't get the freedom to search for truth, whether from any religion he belongs to Hinduism/ Christianity/ Islam/Sikhism/Jainism... And that person is trapped in an organisation or community circle, he/she feels to be in a cage, trapped..not able to explore for the truth.. The truth is to find peace..which is found in every religion if given freedom to get into any one of them without any rules and signatures to be part of it .. Nowadays.. spirituality is a buisness.. But just feel free to find the inner essence of any religion which ultimately points towards one thing.. it's about the freedom that person is getting to know the truth.. There is no need to believe anything as such just because you are born as hindu/Christian/Muslim/Sikh/Jain ir any religion.. Having a freedom to explore fir knowing the truth will definitely make us reach the destination.. Now Rahil Parel sir was born in such an environment where he has to obey the rules..or any other person's case where they feel trapped in the religion community they were born in.. Even Christians..they end up being atheist as some realise it's an organisational rule and authority under which you follow rules..and if break the rule, you are punished.. I am born as a hindu Brahmin..but never was my family strict about anything..I had freedom to choose..i studied under Christian missionary..then Muslim college..then later on in Punjab having to hot to know Sikhs..i feel the ultimate essence is present everywhere..it's all about in what environment you are brought up and whether you got the freedom to look and explore for the truth..If not, then we hate the particular sect we are in, and jump into next where we get freedom..that's all . In all, Truth is same..We all want satchidanandam (Truth, peace, joy).. which is obtained through search for it..and ultimately finding Joy in inner self which is present in every being and everywhere..that leads to spread of Love..Gof Bless Everyone with Peace and Joy!💐✨🎉

Dear Sir, you are the greatest person the world as you are decisions seems impromptu . At the age of 16 you left your parents and joined an indian cult. At age of 16 a person is legally not allowed to sex, not allow to vote, not allowed to drink or not allowed to drive! You gave no consideration of your parents feeling. You stayed with that Indian cult for 16 years still asking your self - Am I at right place. Then you left that cult without giving any consideration of your Guru! TRUTH is what you see. Truth is not what other show you. Everybody has to find own truth. Confuse person run here and there or follow someone to find truth. Mohmad, Buddha, Jesus found own truth. You need to find own truth. It is possible he will he totally different person tomorrow!
