Comme toi j’aime innover dans mes chansons. La musique ça se réécoute et ça s’apprécie avec le temps chose que peu de gens font malheureusement dans une société qui consomme et jette beaucoup !

I feel almost devastated by Rahim Redcar's changes, from the name change to the sound. 'Christine and the Queens' was full of magic and his name was a reminder of his growth as a human being and with his art. It had a story, a history. This feels, to me, very self indulgent.

Totally agree, Paranoia , Angels, True love was full of magic

He’s not a woman, he transitioned ages ago. If you’re going to get fake deep about his legacy the least you can do is respect him as a person

Fan de Michael Jackson on savait, mais là on se retrouve au début des années 90 avec des fortes vibes de George Michael. C'est sympa

Really not into this improvised sounding album. I miss real songs with structure, and real intent. This just sounds rushed and amateurish.

I am in full agreement. What happened? Evolving is one thing, but this feels more to me like regressing and it's heart breaking.

@@SpiritsEnchantmentsThey have always been experimental. Art for the sake of art was always the motivation. It's OK to try new things, whether they work or not, with the pure purpose of trying them.
@vsm68473 ай бұрын
@@JayCowwthis isn’t original though. A lot of successful artists get overconfident and start doing this jam band, improvisational stuff that they think is original and experimental and authentic when it’s really just unpolished. It’s the musical equivalent of throwing a bucket of paint at a canvas and calling it art. Like… sure. It’s art. But is it good? Does it have as much beauty as the art that took years, and was polished until it shone? I don’t believe so. You can believe whatever you want.
@vsm68473 ай бұрын
@@SpiritsEnchantments I think this is a sad example of success syndrome. Some artists become successful and their art gets worse because they stop being critical of their bad ideas and are surrounded by people who only ever agree with them.

Rahim's doing well in this experiment. Even much better than most of electronic artist nowadays. Sounds freshyy

Guys, am I the only one who thinks that the beat at the beginning of this song is sampled. Sounds kinda like 2die4 by Tove lo( which itself is sampled from popcorn hot butter)

I miss Christine and the Queens. I can no longer feel as if this artist is touching the heavens with his music.

I was fully subscribed to Christine and the Queens. Now that it is officially Rahim Redcar, I am unsubscribed completely.
