I have Rahu in 8th house ashlesa. I used to get along very badly with my mum very badly lol. Now we're much closer aged as I am today aged 43. Moon in uttara ashada conjunct ascendant. I'm from UK, the sun will rise again 😄 not that it every really set 😊

Excellent ; my mom is like god to me. When she passed i was destroyed, i was so close to her, she was my best friend. I have both rahu and moon in aslesha, though rahu is darakaraka - would that mean the spouse would be from the mother land or will be of same culture from another country? I mean the theoratics of it.

My dughters Rahu in lagna. 3 degree parts from lagna nakshatra. At 4 she is just around mother. Hope it continues this way :)

My father has Rahu in Ashlesha Nakshatra. He is very attached to his mother, my paternal grandmother. His Moon is in Leo, Magha Nakshatra. In my natal chart Ketu is placed in Magha Nakshatra at the same pada of my father's Moon (4th pada). My grandmother is like "god" for my father. My father has many mental issues like anxiety disorders, depression, bipolarity. It's very difficult deal with him. He is in a Rahu Mahadasha.
