Check your subscriptions once in every 3 months 16. Increase your source of income and investments 17. Don't lend money if aren't comfortable 18. Time > money 19. Avoid implusive/emotional purchasing 20. spend as much money on health and skill 21. Buy luxuries from returns not from earned income 22. Don't spend money inorder to impress others 23. If you think about affordability then chose wisely

I've been following most of the points like no debts, no emi , no liabilities, limiting the giving nature and also the self gifts. Thanks Man ❤. It means a lot to me.
