Fresh chicken tenders to do that but as long as you cook the chicken the time I mentioned should be good

When you clean the chicken piece...especially the leg piece..please cut the blood cloated veins at the bottom ( dark color blood veins ) and press well.the blood will come out.then wash and cook.please check any cloated blood veins inside the leg piece.
