I have a tip you may be able to pass along to others in a video. At one point I happened to run out of silver. UN-coincidentally, the second I had no silver, the next market refresh had TWO blue ancient shards available for purchase for 200,000 silver each. The game quickly threw up a silver pack with 1 million silver that I could buy with real money for $10 or $20 (I don't remember which). Little did it know I had hundreds of items to sell and thousands of energy to earn money with over the next hour. My point is, the game is smart enough to recognize when people are low on something to try and get you to pay for in-game items and currency. If you run out of energy, it'll try to sell you more energy, if you run out of gems, it'll try to sell you gems. So if someone were to WANT more ancient shards, tricking the game into throwing a few at you to try and sell you silver isn't a bad way to get some. The game tries to get you to spend money at the most opportune times it can to take advantage of you. Why not trick the game into giving you something you want without having to give them your money?

ALTERNATIVE SPIRITHOST BUILD - SUSTAINED SUPPORT BUILD. ChoFly showed more of a defensive - sacrificial supporting role for SpiritHost. I would like to share a different type of SpiritHost set up. ChoFly outlined the goal for his SpiritHost has an ATK Buff + REMOVE Debuff. Once the above are achieved, ChoFly believes SpiritHost has done her job! ChoFly doesn't have any concern on whether or not SpiritHost dies afterward. It is a valid strategy. A Heartless strategy, but a strategy nonetheless. lol Just Teasing My argument is why not try to keep SpiritHost alive as long as possible? Take the following information into consideration! SpiritHost can heal herself if she attacks with her A1 skill. SpiritHost has self preservation with this skill! The only issue is SpiritHost doesn't heal when she is using her A2 or A3 skill. Thus, we get to my gear set up design! 4 Speed Gear + 2 Immortal Gears The Speed gear lets hero move very fast! This means she might be able to go twice in a fight to heal more! In addition, I added Immortal gear so SpiritHost can heal during the turns she isn't attacking. The turns she is doing A2 & A3 skills she can't self heal! BUT IMMORTAL GEAR STILL HEALS! The combination between Immortal gear healing + Natural self healing gives SpiritHost very decent self sustainability! SpiritHost has Sustain potential here! You don't have to sacrifice her off. Now here is something that you might not expect! The Masteries you should use for Sustainable SpiritHost is Offense Tree & Support Tree! People always say never pick +75 attack in Offense Tree over Crit Rate! Guess what we going to pick? The +75 attack! Boom💥 your mind is probably blown right now! Yes! We want the extra attack because it helps her A1 heal. We are not going to use Crit Rate. Another thing which might blow your mind! We are going to go after Support Mastery "Lay on Hands". "Lay on Hands" - Increases the value of heals this Champion cast by 5%. I know what your thinking! SpiritHost doesn't heal? or does she? DUN DUN DUN! SpiritHost A1 casts a Heal on herself peeps! The 5% is applied! Now jump to Offense Tree again 3rd row Mastery called "Life Drinker" "Life Drinker" - Heals 5% of damage inflicted when attacking with 50% HP or Less. It is stackable! DO YOU SEE THE BIG PICTURE I AM SEEING? 5% heal coming from Lay on hands 5% heal coming from Life Drinker 50% heal coming from SpiritHost A1 3% heal coming from Immortal Gears 4 Speed sets - Speed Shoes - Speed Aura We are talking about a hero with impeccable healing prospects moving so fast that she might do 2 turns vs enemy 1 turn. And let me say this I strongly believe the Campaign Rating ChoFly gave SpiritHost is incorrect! The above set up I am describing isn't a D-. I would go as far to say SpiritHost is a B+! Let me explain why! Most people farm Chapter 12 (End of the Campaign) However, A lot of people farm Chapter 11 (For Executioner Drops) They lose a little bit of experience farming Chapter 11 over Chapter 12. They gain better rare drops in Chapter 11. Chapter 11 Stage 3 is the ideal location to farm for XP + More Silver Shields sell more. However, Chapter 11 Stage 3 is all Force Affinity Heros. Most starters can get creamed if they are not gear very well. The starters are Magic Affinity and they are weak to Force! This is were SpiritHost comes in to SAVE THE DAY! Did you know SpiritHost can Solo 11-3? I bet you didn't think it was possible! SpiritHost is moving so fast + healing so much! She farms 11-3 and wins with full health remaining! She didn't even break a sweat! Guess how long it took Sustainable SpiritHost to clear it? 3 mins & 58 seconds! Yeah! Farming like a Champ! Rawwwrrrrr! SpiritHost is the Reinbeast of Campaign! Guess what upgrade level my gears are? Only 12+ Guess what star level my gears are? Only 4 star Guess what accessories I have equipped? Only 0 - I don't have any accessories on her! Boom 💥 Your mind is Blown! How is she doing it? 170 Speed not including Aura + Close to 65% Healing + 50% Extra Atk Buff which benefits her own damage! Speed Healing kills! SpiritHost does 2-3 attacks before the Campaign monster does his 1 attack. I haven't even min maxed her or switch to 5 star gears. Once, you done farming Chapter 11. You go in Arena with SpiritHost! Who is going to fault you for using an 170 Speed SpiritHost in Arena? Speed is King in Arena. The hero gears on SpiritHost are perfectly designed for both Arena & Campaign. In Fact, I have an Arena Tip! If you use the set up I am talking about, You can flip the arena order! Let's give ChoFly Arena team as an example: ChoFly went with Apoth 1st + SpiritHost 2nd. The set up I'm suggesting lets you flip it! -SpiritHost should go 1st buff whole team with 50% ATK Buff - Turn meter will be Empty afterward -Apoth should go 2nd buff whole team with 30% Speed Buff + Fill everyone turn meter 15% (Including SpiritHost Empty Meter) You actually gain the full 15% meter fill by making SpiritHost go 1st. AGAIN THIS IS ONLY AN ALTERNATIVE SPIRITHOST DESIGN. The same hero can be designed a lot of different ways. It doesn't mean 1 design is better vs. another. They are simply different. However, it is important to know the differences because they can effect judgements! ChoFly made a judgement (D-) on Spirit Host Campaign Farming Ability. BUT IT MIGHT ONLY APPLY TO SET UP HE IS USING. ChoFly might have a change of heart with the set up I'm suggesting. He might think it is (B+).

Jamie macinnis, You are Welcome! I would like to say a few things. I wrote my message here a month ago when I had Lesser experience. After gaining more knowledge about the game, I want you to know I still fully support everything I wrote. EXCEPT 1 THING - THE ARENA COMMENT! Apothecary should go before SpiritHost. Apothecary has higher base speed vs. SpiritHost. If you max both heroes speed, Apothecary will go first because he has 3 more base speed. In order for SpiritHost to go first, your Apotheacary would have to be unoptimized which is bad. Everything else I said is fine. The Arena comment move order is 100% wrong. So just ignore that part of my wall of text. lol

Ha perfect,I just won her a week or so ago,but as I'd others to look at too I'm only getting to her now (4 day's on/off tryna get what is needed to give to apoth cos I haven't got what you said in his video,ik I won't get it perfectly,but I was close for my lvl to what I needed,but always just one set couldn't complete etc) but I won set 4 of 5* shield and thought let's see if that suits anyone,I wanted s.h in gear so as she's support I thought perfect.....I hope,then I come here for masteries and you say maybe shield set will be good for her,I call that fate. One thing that would be super helpful is if there were more videos using champs that weren't top A-list. Apothecary is top of the line and most users dont get him as a drop early on. Ive really been searching for early-game builds to get us beefy until we get more of those rare, epic, and lego drops (and ive never had apoth, fellhound, etc drop for me). At least Spirithost is achievable by intentional farming along with warmaiden and Armiger, monk, etc.

My arena team is Apoth, Spirithost, Jizoh, and Elhain. My Apoth goes first buffs speed, than Spirithost buffs attack, than my Elhain nukes a ton of damage than Jizoh riles any potential revivers and than another turn goes by and Elhain cleans everything up. Any tips?

Nice Spirithost was one of my first level 50s that I got. MIne is all speed sets with HP gloves, but i can see shield being decent. I need to find more efficient ways to farm Minotaur though. i hit my wall at level 12, and it's pretty much my Galek soloing it with his lifesteal set. Getting runes is really a pain and probably the worst grind I've come across.

I agree with your masteries but I'm planning on using a more defensive style than you going for resolve to avoid her getting deleted so that she can use her Block Debuffs multiple times as well as attack buff for high status effect team compositions in Doom Tower, Nightmare Campaign, Dungeons and Arena but I find that Doom Tower, Nightmare etc use negative status effects more often than regular players who usually use positive buffs more often to destroy me than negative disables but it varies from player to player and rank to rank as I've yet to get to any kind of decent rank still working on the first major ranked mission for Arbiter I think..

I find that Spirithost is useful in Campaign in certain areas my main use of her is a way to stop certain enemies with harmful effects from blowing up my damage dealers because other than her I have little true defense vs status effects yet as I do not have another champion who has such a cleanse right now.

Looking into Spirithost as she has been my only semi accessible champion I've had whatsoever that is significantly strong enough to protect my team from harmful debuffs and provide extra damage but the protection from debuffs is critical as my team including my tanks will get burned and disabled into oblivion without some way to deal with debuffs this is ESPECIALLY obvious in Doom Tower w HP burn, fears, stuns etc and the stage that has the boss of Durham forest on Nightmare Campaign without something to deal with the debuffs most damage dealers will struggle like crazy unless you have something like a Rector Drath but she can still complement Spirit host but since I DON'T have someone like her Spirithost will have to do.

Over 2000 energy spent on hard and 1000 energy on normal trying to get her and she has not dropped, so RNG plays heavy on this and percentage is way lower than 1%. Question is who could take her place??

Probably save it for later and sell it, because in the long run, 600k silver isn't even enough to fully upgrade an artifact set of one champion, upgrading requires a lot of RNG and silver. Besides, the higher levels you progress you get better artifacts anyways

hey bud, I have her as well and I LOVE her. honestly, she is a simple build. think of her as a DPS monster haha. for mine, I have nothing but the offense set on her as of now and her power is 15,000 not too bad. of course when I get better artifacts I will switch some pieces but really you just want to make her as strong as possible. and if you give her some speed through the artifacts too, not bad at all. I think mine has 135 with all 6 pieces she has on of the offense set. hope this helps! :)

12/3 more silver cuz shields sell for a bit more 12/6 more exp so depends on if you want silver or exp wich you should farm
