I would like a more in detail video how to build for spider since he is marked as "spider God" on your web and i immidiently maxed him out. went for "a lot" of acc, defense and hp but he is just not doing anything speciel in spider 17 or 18 at all :(. People say geomancer is good in spider, is that semi-true as well? Getting specific gear sets is not an easy thing in this game.

So, I know this video is a bit older, but I was curious as to why your CR was so low on him? I'm still fairly "new" in, tomorrow makes 4 months, and not seeing you anywhere close to 100% CR kinda blew my mind. Could you explain to me when 100% CR, or as close to it as possible, is really needed? And when running gear like this with lower CR is not a bad thing? I'd appreciate the experienced opinion. Logic behind Solidarity in the defense tree? Tayrel doesn't place any buffs on allies. Also, that's the exact team I'm using for clan boss right now as our clan tries to take out Brutal. Tayrel is awesome! :)

You need a total of 8 epic books if you manage to roll em on his A1 and A2 (the two main A you'll need) even tho its really really hard and needs alot alot of luck to happen.

two royal guards and prince kymar is like a marriage in heaven type of combo :) in spider holy fu*k :) def break, weaken, nuke nuke reset (rinse and repeat) :)

I am F2P, got lucky and pulled Tayrel early. I am 3 books away from fully booking him. I also got lucky and pulled Apothecary early. I fully booked Apoth because of how good everyone said he was. Then I pulled another apothecary ... :-/ My Question is: If I got another Tayrel in a pull should I sacrifice him to skill up my current? I guess that is the real question ... should I ever sacrifice an epic to skill up if I have Duplicates? If not, should I just fully book Tayrel? (I have the books but I am saving since I am F2P)

So I just got my Tayrel tonight and I'm starting to think this game has a sorry mode which I mean when they feel like a lot of people have defeated you in Arena they give you a couple of good shard pulls to keep you in the game I Was Defeated a couple of times I refreshed Arena and there was two defenses with 1 character that I beat them and one other easy one they gave... after that I did like 6 mystery shards and two of them came out rare So I said what the hell and I did ancient shard and got Tayrell this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me

I too would like to know this, I was thinking the same thing. The way it reads Tayrel must place buffs to raise resistance, and he doesn't place buffs.

@@glimmer1665 it really seems like Wrath of the Slain would be a much better choice unless im just missing something here..even though wrath isnt that good, with how tanky tayrel is there are many times i get a fair number of turns with him alone so at least it would have SOME benefit albeit a very small one....solidarity has literally none that i can see

Looking around, I think Paragon is the only one able to chain Unkillable or Block Damage constantly. Of course it locks him out of dealing damage half the time too, which is pretty annoying. The buff extension mastery can be useful though if you want him to be doing something other than being annoying.

Average in high end arena sure. But for early-midgame arena he's amazing. I was stuck in silver when I opened Tayrel and then very quickly climbed to gold 4 once I got him set up.

I normally like your videos, but I honestly got very little out of this one. This was not a video on Tayrel. It was a video about Royal Guard. I don't see how showing off a team with two maxed out Royal Guards with sky high crit damage has anything to do with Tayrel. I bet you could have done the same video and replace Tayrel with Zargala, with exactly the same result, because all you are doing is putting down an AOE decrease DEF. Oh wait, you were already doing that, since Zargala is your usual farming team. And no, please don't bring out a video on Zargala, doing dragon and spider runs with 2 Royal Guards.... I hope your next video is better, and actually focuses on that particular hero, and what the strengths and weaknesses are.

@@HellHades I saw the same thing with Dragon 20, where once again, burst DPS with 2x Royal Guards, and then I lost interest. I went back and watched the whole video. I do like that you go through all aspects of the game, including campaign, arena, and clan boss. Video actually turned out to be valuable, because you showed the cheese strat using Paragon to get 3 star on the final boss in Nightmare, and then you had problems with turn meter out of tune in clan boss, which was instructive to see. Maybe I was a little premature in my criticism before. I do genuinely appreciate your videos, much more so than other KZbinrs that do 20x Sacred shard openings. Thank you for your content.👍

I got him, but reading his kit I wasn't impressed. I don't see how he fits in with my group. I have Kael, Valkyrie, Ithos (he does so much damage) and Lanakis. I received a Drextar that I am levelling up and I am wondering if Tayrel is better?

Hes for mainly arena. He can replace any beginner champion. Decent and not hard to get. Video content is good review of him. Definitely above avg hero. I prefer Kael still as well. If only place I'd use him is dungeons for defense debuffs and attack debuffs all in one attack hero with high defense. Hes a good campaign farmer.
