@@kl657 vikings primarily wore maille Armour, if at all. Leather Armour, like they wear it in most shows and games is utterly useless, lammelar Armour wasn't used by the vikings too, the lammelar found in birka (a historic town near modern day Stockholm) for example was from a eastern mercenary. In the 13th and 14th century they used boiled leather, but it went out of favour quickly, because it was not as useful as mail or plate.

@@baldr2825 there are no depictions of Gambesons in skandinavia in the viking age. They had most likely winter clothing under the chainmail. But most of them had no armour at all. The franks had a gambeson like textile armour in this time and later it became the gambeson.

I think voice acting adds a lot to these videos, but the voices should be louder (or more clear to understand) compared to normal game sounds and the music.,

That entire street/alley battle from 5:40 to 6:28 is by far my favorite part of the video. The fast-paced carnage and the shifting and constantly moving fighters in and out of the scene....truly brutal. Truly medieval.

In fact, the Normans are Vikings who remained on the lands of the Duchy of Normandy, which is now in France, Normans called all the soldiers from the North, there were both Swedes and Norwegians and Danes, they were also called Vikings. so it turns out one big stupidity when the Normans are opposed to the Danes

It would be absolutely amazing with a cinematic about the sack of Rome 1527. The cinematic could start with a view of the overwhelming amount of Landsknechts standing outside the city walls and then clip to the town watch franticly knocking on doors calling men to arms. The Landsknechts would then begin the assault storming the walls and climbing ladder, then the Duke of Bourbon wearing his famous white cloak gets shot and dies, after a short holt and shock amongst the Landsknechts, they furiously storm and take the walls. The defenders abandon the walls and retreat further into the city where the Swiss guard would have a final stand to cover the pope's retreat. While the Swiss guard gets slaughtered by the overwhelming amounts of Landsknechts the pope escapes through a secret underground tunnel and into a fortress in the middle of the city. On the Landsknechts way to the fortress, they sack the city, plundering, killing civilians and burning down everything. Then it ends with a clip where you zoom down the street and see all the dead bodies lying everywhere. It then cuts to the pope looking out of the castle windows observing all the terror and then it slowly zooms out from the window where you see the whole city on fire. The End. If executed correctly it could look amazing and probably work very well with all the renaissance era weapons and armour there is in the game. But if this would be made into a cinematic it would have to be filmed on either Castello or Feitoria, most likely Feitoria as it has both the city walls, city and fortress in the middle. I would at least very much like to be a part of this cinematic if you would ever consider it. Stunning video as always and keep up the good work and let me know what you think of my idea ;)

Just one critique; You should work more on the Viking outfits. More helmets, less fur, more chainmail (that new hauberk is perfect), more colours (some should just wear the Tunic), no Bastard Swords (they stick out like a sore thumb). But great job nontheless!
