Raiden’s model looks better than Sam’s because it’s replacement for main character. Sam is only one of the bosses and you don’t have enough time to look at every part of him model because of boss fight, when you can stop somewhere and look at Raiden’s model because of clear location or smthn

In my head cannon, devil trigger fills up when you attack demons because you're absorbing their blood, similar with the blade mode gauge in MGR when attacking enemies (I have no explanation for taunts). If demons existed in MGR, I think Doktor could design a suit for Raiden that absorbs demon blood to give him his own devil trigger similar to the (current) suit for blade mode

I think devil trigger is just something they can do at anytime and the bar was for game purposes, but I don't know too much about dmc so I could be wrong

@@soursalt698 In DMC1 and 3, dt depends on the devil arm so it's probably mix of both and the devil arm (they have demon power but it's not infinite so they need the power of a devil arm/weapon and demon blood to access it)
