I used to love this game, still do and still have the muscle memory for it playing it in MAME, gets crazy hard in the later stages you have to get into a trance like state to avoid the crazy amount of bullets.

I literally had a run with 489k before I went away with work I was gonna upload but then had one more go on Thursday night ... Glad I did .

Its a fun game but the biggest thing I don't like about it is when you die you're screwed. You need those powerups to keep alive and losing them later in the game makes it basically impossible to move forward further. You got to where I always get to. I pick the spread power up for the second boss so you can dodge the bullets but still be hitting. Other than that you did pretty well.

@@MylstarElectronics xevious is the grandfather of vertical scrolling shmups. It also has fire and bombs. It also has targets in the air and on the ground. It also has power ups and enemies that sneak up from behind. To say this game has nothing to do with xevious is a little bit naive.
