I was blown away by a recent interview that Lee did with Dave on RX muscle, where he basically said what Ronnie had said that everyone in the gym wants to be big but does not want to train hard. Lee says you don’t have to use crippling heavy weight but you do have to train. Also you could have every steroid there is and not get any bigger if you aren’t training hard, eating right and allowing your body to recover

Sad but true...here in brail we have a lot of mans with balls that tell the truth about the sport and got banned from ifbb and some girls that refuse to fuck with the judges and got bad positions and things like thats. Look for Tiago Cojak on youtube,we call him brazilian GH15 cuz he dont tell us just about the AE'S but about all the shit in the sport.
