A lot of bodybuilders today get too big too quickly They look like assembly line physiques, mass without classical distinction. I’m against sport that rewards mass for the sake of mass to the exclusion of all other physical properties of the physique. In other words, there comes a point where, if you keep adding muscle mass, the human body loses its beauty and shape. *That’s what I’m against.*

The golden era had the autentic bodybuilders, the most of them had a beautiful bodies with simetry, aesthetic and a small waist. The bodybuilders from nowdays don,t look very well wirh or without cloth, the most of them look like pregnant.

The thing I like best about bodybuilding is, the journey is so individual and mind awakening!!! Like you can be doing your program for 6 months or however long and all of a sudden an idea will hit you , and you go. I believe the classic bodybuilding had alot going for it. Better detailed muscle and small waist line. Also most classic bodybuilding had a healthier life and live longer. I do admit the mass monsters are amazingly great to see. A real life Hulk walking the streets. The old school didn't make money but they sure look like they had fun.
