Switching to AOC is NOT a solution because the problem isn't at QB. Last year two teams with horrible O Lines went out and got better players. The Jets wiped out 4 of their starters and did what they had to in order to get top flight O linemen to protect Rodgers. Likewise the Saints got rid of their O line from last year that was trash and did what they had to in order to improve their line. What did the Raiders do? Picked up one of the Saints' cast offs and stuck with last year's O line. Well, it was exposed as complete trash. They sucked at all levels, run and pass blocking. Even a supposed healthy Colton Miller at left tackle was getting run over and missing blocks. He was supposed to be the anchor. Stick Mahomes behind that line and he'd look like trash but notice, the Chiefs do what they have to do to keep a top 10 or top 5 O line between Mahomes and defenses. AOC will not fare any better, in fact will do worse. Why is it that fans just don't get that the O line is the most important part of a team's success? Instead they blame the QB, no matter who it is.

AOC's release is much faster, and he has a better deep ball than GM. However, our history of O-line play has been horrendous over the past decade with only one top ten showing (2016). If you remember, DC4 led a 12-4 season with a bottom four defense.

The Davis family drove the Raiders into the ground. The team sucked from 2003 to 2015. Finally, when it seemed like the organization was finally joining the modern NFL, Mark moved the team to a freaking desert. No one in Vegas cares about the Raiders. The games are half-filled with fans of the opposing team. The legendary Raiders from the East Bay now play indoors. No more rain, clouds, Fall weather, etc. Save the "Oakland is a horrible city" bullcrap. Oakland is home. The team was in L.A. for only 13 years. They've already been in Vegas for 5. Yeah it's probably pointless for me to even comment, but Mark ruined my team. I no longer care about whether or not the Raiders win or lose. I'll never love another team, though. That's just not an option. The Autumn Wind blusters in from sea, not from a desert.
