Aidan has to be starter. Not just fighting for himself, but Turner as an OC. Next yrs rookie QB needs a good oc. Or be like Justin Fields and Caleb Williams early on.

I love this team but I don’t really bother “future trippin” on the Raiders. I mean what’s the point? Management always ruins careers, destroys athletes, wastes our money, and basically find numerous ways to fuck it up : no matter who they draft! Meantime they ignore or waste shit right in front of them. So to me it’s all about AOC and watching him scratch, claw, and throw. Best thing going on with the team and most folks don’t even catch it…

The Raiders always brought in players who were not successful on other teams at QB too Jim Plunkett was one Al Davis told him you don't have to be great too play QB here just win. Jim Plunket won 2 Super Bowls has starting Raiders QB. Ridder just needs to develop under the Turners Offensive we really don't need to win this season. We will start to worry about our win and loss record next season. Aiden is not even 70% healthy he needs to learn to sit his ceiling is not that high to be a starter. Ridder will be much better has Raiders starter if he gets the rest of season to start. AP may not be the coach next year Aiden is not healthy not a smart move watching Aiden take sacks it will make AP like he not a good coach. Ridder a much better choice to start he will play hard to make a better effort to win. Telesco brought in Ridder to develop not to sit behind Aiden

Aidan O’Connell is not a starting quarterback what game have you been watching look at our league look at the quarterbacks he needs to compete with Mahomes Herbert come on we need a quarterback franchise quarterback, a real quarterback that’s gonna bring life into the Raiders. That’s why we’re always stuck because people wanna keep the same old trash that doesn’t work insanity is doing the same thing over and over hoping a different result you can use this guy that’s garbage and think he’s gonna automatically be good.
