If Brady was a coach, you're right but Brady is a minority owner and that is not the role of him or any of the other owners of the Raiders. That is the exclusive responsibility of the coaching staff of the Raiders. That's their jobs, coach the players to get the most out of them on the field of play. Quit crying about the QB situation, the Raiders had an opportunity to package a deal in this year's draft and move up in the draft and the organization whiffed. Now they made their bed and have to suffer the consequences of their shortsightedness, and the fans are made to suffer the same fate as well.

I cannot stress this enough. If this team panic drafts a QB in this draft it's going to fail. I guarantee it. Just because you NEED a QB doesn't mean you NEED to take any qb the first chance you get. It's been the downfall of this team for too long. Mark Davis hires the first schmuck he Interviews for Coach, then they pick whatever overhyped QB from the draft that's on the board. Figure out the front office/coach. Build the team so that any qb who comes in can actually develop, then worry about qb. I dont care if it takes 2 or 3 years to find a QB in the draft. I'd rather continue to lose for the next 3 years if it means we can turn the franchise around for the next 30 years.
