Raiders have 10 home games....8 in Vegas and 2 in LA. In addition, 3 of the last 4 games of the season are in Vegas. If the Raiders are in the playoff picture going into December, they will have a real shot to finish strong.

That’s totally true. We have a really tough stretch from Week 8 to 13, 3 Division games, and 2 AFC Playoff teams that are favorites. If we come out of that with a winning record we will have ALL the confidence heading into the last 5 games, and will be playing for a playoff spot.

Im in Arkansas so if theres two games ill try and make is week 13 at KC and week 17 in New Orleans. That bye in week 9 is a godsend because the first 8 weeks i truly see maybe 3 losses through the first 8 but if ive learned anything is that no game is guaranteed

Denver and LA are short flights so basically we have 6 of our first 9 on the west coast, 7 of 9 in the west coast time slot. But LA is one of our strongholds, and we know SoCal will show out at SoFi. I think it’s a safe bet we could be 6-3 at the bye.

I like that, I usually split Division games when I predict our record so I had us at 5-4 heading into the Bye. But that makes sense, and depending on how they play the first two road games, your prediction is more than realistic.

How many times do these guys have to say, "It's go time!" "GO TIME!" is every week. This team has to go one week at a time. They can't look anywhere other than 'this week'. Then they say, "By week 7 thru 11 the Raiders will know who they are." I would disagree. If it takes the coaching staff 7 weeks to figure out who they are and how to win a game, they are in trouble. One week at a time, pay attention to every detail and give all you have on every play! Top priority, stop certain players (hi Max) from getting stupid, ridiculous penalties. The mental and emotional lapses have to stop! Tackling someone out of bounds, or 3 seconds after the play isn't the way to show your manhood. Just because you want to be a high-energy player with a motor that won't quit, doesn't mean that it's ok to get stupid, after the play penalties. The mistakes must stop! Sometimes teams will beat you, it happens. But beating yourselves with mental lapses or because you want to show how tough you are is absolutely not acceptable! It's time to be a champion. Start acting like it.

We had a number of prime time games last season and ended up 8-9. The NFL wants ratings. But if the Raiders do well, they can still flex the Raiders into prime time. For example, if the Raiders are doing well and the Saints are doing well, you know they're going to make the Raiders vs Saints on Dec 29 a prime time game.

@@G360LIVE Fact: Injury happens much more on defense. It's also an offensive league. AP is a defensive coach and that's great. Our OC has no credentials that say he's gonna turn the offensive into a fearsome unit. Unless you are expecting the defense to score two TD's a game the offensive will have it's work cut out for them. I'm rooting for both QBs but until I see it the Raiders are still a franchise QB away.
