Add a weapon with headshot bonuses and this is a fun build. I am currently doing this build again as we speak. LOL it took me a couple of enemies to stop scanning for Breach Protocol :-)

That's kinda scary when you think about it, I'd pull the blades and hit flash mode too. I mean technically if he's dodging bullets like that he shouldn't even be affected by slow mo mode either.

This build might make it worth reinstalling lol. Is it actually fun to play with, or like, is it a bit cheap? Would playing on max difficulty balance it out?

It can feel a bit cheap when using Optic Camo and a suppressed Overture, but on Very Hard enemy bullets do hit hard, so you need to make sure you dodge bullets and have a good amount of armor on your character.
