Can this deck still play if opponent destroys the normal summon with the new support ?

Yes with bloom vulture. Also depends, do you destroy just the normal summoned monster or more of them? Simorgh also lets you if its just the normal summon. Thats about it in normal version, you could also play rokket, superheavy engine
