Poorly closed section insulaters can even cause the pantograph's pick-up plate to break, so it's safer to lower the pantograph and just roll under them.

140 and 160, what does it means? On some part the Vmax is 140 and on the other parts 160? Or maximum speed is 160 but only a few trains run max?

That means, on the most part of the line the Vmax is 160 km/h, but there are some parts where the maximum speed is just 140/120 (because of track quality, or populated areas)
