That Carlotte & Southern #3 switcher has friction bearings. I thought operating equipment on the rails with friction bearings is phrohibited since about 1990? That CPMY 1050 RPO car is fantastic!

I believe it's allowed on 2nd and 3rd class rail lines and also limited to less than 10 miles per hour.
