Glad to see all your other catches form that day. Sadly, I won't be able to see the OBRY until early May I believe but I have one question for you? At the Winston Churchill Blvd crossing, is there a 3rd track going in, in the future? I see the triple track signal bridge so I was just wondering?

Thanks!! I have to tell you I'm not really sure about any plans for triple tracks. They is certainly alot of suggestion they are preparing the for possible future expansion perhaps for GO/Metrolinx, LRT Expansion? I have no clue. They had triple signals at Mississuage Road(HWY 1), Heritage Road, Winston ChurchHill(HWY19), but that is very interesting indeed.

TRAINS_4_FUN yes it is. Here is what I am most exited about. Over the past several years, there has been talk about GO service ever going to Orangeville and if it ever dose happen, I will be so happy. No wonder why the old CN/CP interchange track has been lift in place for decades, disused but still there.

Oh wait. I thought they had go transit from Orangeville and Brampton. Is that no the case?

TRAINS_4_FUN Yes GO buses go to Orangeville but not GO trains. At least not yet😀.

Oh yeah. I heard that there is a new cando engine CCGX 4015 on the OBRY. Not sure if it's replacing the 4014, but I may have to go back to Brampton this summer.

@ 4:28-4:30 : That is one vintage piece of beauty! Nice horn too. Don't like the Canadian no-horn laws or crossings. Cool video man.

Thanks. That is the engine that services the Orangeville-Brampton Railway. It's a small shortline operation and it's pretty popular with the locals and myself included. Horns can usually be heard outside town limits or when somebody is on the tracks when the train is approaching, but yeah it kinda sucks.
