Not sure what the "z" actually stands for, but a "Z-train" is one that hauls the truck trailers on flatcars, sometimes called "Piggyback".

Great vid. Aww man I would have died laughing if another amtrak was coming the other way at 3:20 to kill that dumbshit crossing the track on the bike. I can just hear the engineer yell 20 POINTS FOR THE BIKER!....... Metrolink 866 mad a real hard stop at that platform woow
