The tower that you are inquiring about is Jay Tower in Chicago Heights. The junction runs along East End Ave. The tower was closed a couple of years ago. The switcher before that at about 7:05 is also in Chicago Heights and is known as Chicago Heights Terminal Transfer (CHTT) also crossing East End Ave.
