I once had a railfanning trip in Hermann in Missouri since I lived two hours away, and I caught 5 trains in less than 2 hours

Nice compilation! I must say these have always been my favorite style of cantilever because of their classic and minimalistic look. Here in Texas, the main user of both styles of these cantilevers was MoPac. Not many are around today compared to in the past but they can still be found in abundance if you know where to look.

Cool video! I have an idea for a suggestion: Compilation of bell-less crossings

Thanks! I don't take suggestions, but that's one I've been thinking of doing in the future when I record enough crossings for it.

Nice comp. These WRRS/FS/WCH "drop-arm" style cantilevers are actually my favorite cantilever style, especially since sometimes when the railroads install the lights on them, the top and bottom pairs flash opposing from each other, usually on just one side, in which i believe that's just how the brackets are wired (like how one set of lights start on the left, while the other set starts on the right and continue from there, but I have noticed that railroads have been fixing that when they upgrade the lights on those cantilevers) And to add on, there is a few remaining early WRRS ones in my hometown between Burton and Flint, MI. on the CN Flint sub, since they were installed in the GTW days, and very few on the CSX/Lake State Saginaw sub that were borrowed by other railroads or third-party companies, interestingly enough. There were a few Federal Signal cantilevers on the CN Flint sub too, in which those got sadly replaced about 6 years ago. But either way, it's still pretty cool to see them around, quite the unique design

I used to remember the Railroad Crossing near the state of Florida and there was one in Sneads, Florida. If I remember correctly, then the Railroad Crossing used to be at the north end of Florida.

The Lee Street Railroad Crossing in Louisville is on the CSX Transportation Louisville to Cincinnati Line (LCL).
@freebrickproductions Жыл бұрын
Yes. Though, LCL stands for Louisville, Cincinnati, & Lexington, IIRC.

@freebrickproductions Жыл бұрын
Yep. The mast lights were all replaced with a total of four pairs of LED lights.
