@@Old__boy..AtheisT So what? we also have family to look after. Many a times we are not granted leave when our family or child needs medical attention. Working conditions must be same for all. Due to odd hour duties many of our staffs have developed high BP and diabetes. They have been medically decategorized. Some even died due to diabetes getting out of control. Lady staffs never face this situation. Wife of male employees are highly dissatisfied with the work culture of railways. Male employees are not even spared on gazetted holidays but ladies are given leave to celebrate festivals. This gender bias must be stopped. Those who produce babies must hire aaya or avail creche facilities which comes at a cost they must bear.

And on the other hand have two babies.. And my wife remains busy in raising them..... Although she has a master's degree in chemistry but she is unable to work for a earning... The only fact is that life is hard for both males and females..

@@oweshdiwan3646 it's totally unschedule job. During summer in wdg4 power long hood your face will burn . If any braking problem then you have to check 650m long train alone at 2 am in a remote area , any thing can happen to a lady. Snakes and theives are common. In summer the Loco cabin becomes torture room if u r getting direct sun light.
