I'm MAJIRI, an urban modeler from Cityscape Studio, creating cityscape dioramas.
This time, I collaborated with KATO, a railway model manufacturer, to create a one-tatami layout over three months.
The completed layout is scheduled to be exhibited at future KATO events.

Ref; that single car model,on display- those hoses/cables are actually MU lines,and air hoses for braking! Most equipment,nowadays,has all that incorporated into the couplers,and there are several varieties on Japanese Railroad s,and Interurbans! That's a history onto itself! As to the diorama,in a word- AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME!! A true work of art and technology,blended into a creative ambience! Thank you for that 3 months of rather intense labor and thought! Thank you 😇 😊!

Hallo Cityscape Studios ... Ihr macht wirklich beeindruckenden Dioramen - leider aber wohl nur für Japanische Motive ... ich würde gern auch mal Dioramen sehen die andere Vorbilder haben ... zum Bsp. schöne alte Dampflokomotiven mit den passenden 50er Jahre flair dazu oder aber etwas Alpines aus den Bergen - ob nun die Alpen in der Schweiz oder die RockyMountains in Kanada ... beides hätte sicherlich seinen Reiz so als Diorama ... vor allem weil es ja auch viele bei Euch geben dürfte die sich solch ein Diorama als Urlaubsandenken ins Wohnzimmer stellen würden - quasi als 3D Miniatur Ausgabe zum Anfassen ... beste grüße sendet Marc Hello Cityscape Studios ... You make really impressive dioramas - but unfortunately only for the Japanese Railroad ... I would also like to see dioramas that have other models ... for example beautiful old steam locomotives with the matching 50s flair or something alpine from the mountains - whether the Alps in Switzerland or the RockyMountains in Canada ... Both would certainly have their charm as a diorama ... especially because there are probably many of you who would put such a diorama in your living room as a vacation souvenir - as a 3D miniature edition to touch ... best regards Marc
