Thank you so much for your videos. We purchased a 1995 class B van and have been venturing farther and farther from home base. We have done some work on the systems and we have been thinking about changing out the lead acid house battery and adding some solar. Your discussion at the end of this video gives me hope that just changing out the battery will really help us be able to boondock longer and still have heat. The cold is really hard on my husband so having power for the fan on the Suburban propane heater could be a game changer. Thank you again for taking the time to produce these videos.

🎵Rainy days and Mondays always get me down . . .🎵- unless you go for a hike. 😊Once again, I like the fact that you let the nature sounds be your music - that way, you can hear the creek, the wind in the trees and the screech of the hawks. 🦅I hope you are spending Thanksgiving with Kelly, but whatever you do, I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving day and get to spend part of it in nature.🌲🍁🍄🐾🌞🎵I can see clearly now the rain is gone . . . 🎵

What you said about bench tests vs real world is so true. Gotta love our liquid sunshine! We're just really grateful for the rain. As of today we have two (2) wildfires burning in our area, one outside Chinook and a smaller fire down by Naselle SW WA. CRAZY! In November? In a temporal rain forest long known for its soggy landscape. We love our rain. Keeps everything clean and green. And we're grateful for it, particularly when seeing the effects of record droughts and plummets in water tables in so many other places. Thanks for the great tips on new areas to explore. Always looking for those hidden gems off the blue highways. Be well. Good journeys. Happy trails!

Brian thats why we love it here so much, the threshold to live in Washington is higher bar to endure alittle extra water from above, and I am ok with that, it is the best place for me now, I learned I dont melt with rain, we call it liquid sunshine and dont use umbrellas, if you dont build walls you dont have to hurdle over them. Its good to watch you agian and see your upgrades in living quarters, I really envied you doing the motor trip thru our back side cascades, I will buy a bike when I get ahead of work and life. Great Video and beautiful photography. Another timely video for us as we are currently mapping out our summer trip! This last summer we spent 2 months in the Canadian Rockies and it was spectacular. This coming summer we are heading to Vancouver Island via the ferry out of Port Angeles and these Washington campgrounds are perfect for the last leg of the trip to the ferry. We put the Battleborn's in our Spinter a couple of years ago and they have been fantastic. Occasionally Battleborn offers surficially damaged batteries on sale for great low prices. That was what I bought and when they came the "surficial damage" amounted to a small rip on the label! What a deal!!! We spent a lot of time in Canada in heavily wooded and shaded campgrounds and they performed flawlessly! That being said they are connected to our alternator which I really recommend. Thanks, again, safe travels and wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Brian, very cool video, love the macron photography. We use Battle Born lithium batteries in our sailboat. Like you said they perform flawlessly. We recharge ours via solar panels, Missouri Wind 3000 watt wind turbine, and a 2000 watt Honda gas generator. Our power consumption is fairly low on this ⛵ boat, it's a 2020 Corsair 880 Sport Trimaran, so the 600 watts of solar we have does a great job of keep the batteries topped off. We also have two Jackery 1000 onboard that we use religiously. We just left Crooked Island in the Bahamas and sailing to our next adventure which is the Turk's & Caicos Islands.
