The first session being a silent one where you just get a feel for the track and not tell us your thoughts right away is a good call. 13:38 Some electrical devices still output at 50Hz in Japan, that's why you see it flicker when you capture or render at 60fps. You can try to tune it to 60Hz or get another one that outputs at 60Hz. Or you can capture and render at 50fps so it doesn't flicker.
