I just make playlists based on what I want to work on and fall asleep listening to them. If you really want to beat your depression, listen to the same video or two, consistently for a while, 2 weeks or until you notice a difference. Add one of those clearing subconscious negativity videos and you'll see a huge difference! I love this hypnosis! I was pretty skeptical at first. I was so worried, "What if it doesn't work?" But I also thought, if I listen to it right before bed, what do I have to lose? I liked the angel number synchronicity the 3 or 4 digits appear on the clock for me almost all the time now and then its neat to see what they mean. I've only been using it 5 days and I'd have to give it a 5 because literally the next day after I first used it, I saw numerical angel number signs back to all relating to each of my current circumstances. Over the years I've found myself becoming quite bitter and angry. I didn't even know why I was always upset, I just was. Yesterday like a twig snapping I realized I needed to change, for myself and for my loved ones. I made a playlist for bedtime. I sprinkled this in between every other video. Found this & listened to it first time last month. Next day, got new tires @ WalMart (don't go there... ever for tires) & they put my Subaru on the lift wrong. Caused about $4k worth of damage. Long story short, i lost my job in march and had to take a new lower paid job because of the current situation in 2020 with the covid-19 pandemic. i had these flea treatments that were for sale but nobody is buying anything at the moment because of the coronavirus situation and causing a recession. So i listened to this the other night and then the next day i had 2 people contact me about buying them. So they sold later on and im £20 up! Made a sale during a difficult time to sell stuff. Coincidence? Maybe? But i believe this law of attraction wealth video made it happen. Thank you Michael Sealey

Another comment - while I was meditating/napping, my 14 year old ADHD son was trying to awaken me to go and buy him Burger King and I did not rouse or did not say much. Then there was silence for a couple of minutes and so I said that I'd fix him something when I got up to which he replied (having climbed into the other bed, with me unaware), 'Okay. But right now I'm going to have a little nap.' Your voice took out the edge of his hyperactivity & growth-spurt hunger such that he was able to slow down & surrender to the rest he so deeply needed. He is still asleep. :)

I have been listening to different hypnosis tracks on youtube to help fall asleep at night. Randomly i clicked on this one last week & I loved how relaxed & positive it made me feel so i used it for the rest of the week. This week I got a significant pay rise at work. This is my third day listening to this. I feel more calm and more in line with a feeling I’ve had before in life. I know this pandemic has been hard on so many people and conjuring monetary value even before the pandemic wasn’t a always a walk in the park. But progress cannot be achieved in a state of anxiety. And creative propulsion is activated mostly in a frame of attention that seeks pervasive growth. I’m going to continue listening and allow my mind to formulate a situation of progress. Thanks again.

My Dearest Michael, I started listening to your recordings about two weeks ago. I've listened to many of them. But the ones that have made the biggest difference are the ones concerning the inner child self and this one. For nearly a year now I have been seeking everything I could find to manifest more wealth, happiness, you name it. I know I have been "stuck", but not really sure how to get myself out of it. I grew up in a religious cult and even though I knew at a very young age it was an unhealthy environment for me -- and I started speaking out against its teachings for me, my sisters, and numerous other young women -- until just recently I thought I had escaped its destructive tentacles. But then I shockingly learned the affect its teachings and my parents' instilling them in me as a young child before the age of 8 has impacted my whole life. I am now trying to unwind those beliefs. Many would call it "brainwashing". Hence the magnificent impact of the inner child self hypnosis. The other is this one. I have known that my parents' beliefs about money have impacted me. Their fear of there not ever being enough because of the money they paid monthly to the cult in the form of tithes as well as having 7 children and generally only one "bread winner" instilled in me that there was never enough money...especially for me. Over the past year, I have listened to Stuart Wilde, Abraham Hicks, Louise Hayes, Napoleon Hill, Bob Proctor and many others. I have also read many of their books as well as those of others. I've listened and watched numerous "manifestation and law of attraction" videos. Maybe its because of these building a foundation for yours that yours was so impactful, but it truly has been IMPACTFUL! I don't know how I ended up finding your recordings, but I as the many others who have commented on this and other of your recordings I am truly grateful for your insight and for taking the time to share with those of us searching to heal to truly realize we are special, amazing, and LOVED.
