Not sure of your job, but if it's at all something you can do from home, then you could in all likelihood find somewhere out in suburbia...or a bit beyond. Even if it's a sharehouse type setup (if you can't afford to rent a whole house to yourself), at least it'd be quieter than a damn city! If you're lucky, you might be able to find somewhere that is within walking distance to a nice park! The most simplest things of which you dream of, (as mentioned above) shouldn't be wistful dreams. Think about it, yeh?

Good point, Theresa! In my channel creations, I found early on that Rain sounds can be difficult to capture-record (with a "no-sizzle" sound). In fact, my most-watched rain videos on my channel have the rain falling on forest leaves. It makes for a pleasant dampening calming effect. Soothing. Cheers! -Scott

I was the same :D Can't be 'real' though in the sense that the lighting doesn't change over the 10 hours, so it's just actual footage. Must be heavily looped as there are no lighting changes at all, but was well done. In fact, looking closer I notice the foliage doesn't even move, so is more edited than I even thought. Must be totally fake, but has just enough of the right ambience that you don't really notice or care.

If you watch carefully, you will notice that nothing else but the water moves, the trees and the bushes do not seem to react to either wind or rain. I think it is just an image, with AI animating the rain and the water, and maybe a couple more elements added like the japanese house itself. Still, very beautiful and relaxing!
