Hello ladies. I love all of your videos. You remind me of my daughter and I. We act like sisters instead of mom and daughter. We started doing pop-ups last year. It was an experience. I would love to know how you prepare for very very hot days. My last pop up last year was in August. I live in Alabama. It was 5000 degrees 😫 and we were soak and wet like it was raining before we even got started. A struggle to keep everything cold. Thinking about giving dry ice a try this time.🤔 I feel like I bought a million bags of ice. However you learn from the experience. It turned out to be a great day despite the suffering. I love your setup!🥰 You are very good at what you do! I want to be like you when I grow up 😊I wish you well in your endeavors!

Whoa, I can't imagine being in that Alabama weather. Well I'd definitely freeze everything, and utilize dry ice in my freezer bags. On hot days I'll be staying away from buttercream frostings and will change my menu some. I'll definitely be showcasing that in my videos as they come. Thank you so much for the amazing compliment.
