As a retired builder I know money is what your after it go to building up the company and security for the family ! That being said, if you have a helper / laborer you will find that jobs go faster , smoother and in the long run you make more money ! You don’t need a heavily trained helper like Cisco of Tino but just someone that keeps your butt in the equipment and doing the grunt work. 2 men will do the same work in 1 hour as one does in 3 ! Just keep at it and don’t be afraid to ask people for help and advice !! Good luck !

Eric you do this everyday. If you're gonna work alone or with someone you are gonna have to be more efficient. You're killing yourself, raking gravel. To many trips to the gravel yard. From this day forward, every day you go to work with Ryan you pay close attention to EVERYTHING he does. If you're not sure about something ask him to explain it to you. Master your craft "E". Nothing wrong with working hard but you also have to "work smarter not harder".

I started out just like you with just a dump truck and a tractor with a frontend loader and now many years later I'm set for life mostly all new equipment and everything paid off I'm enjoying my retirement and gave my business to my son that has worked hard to prove he can run the business.
