it seems fun but from my experience with jolly coop (which is exclusively online through parsec/steam remote play) i dont think id be able to handle a competitive environment with severe input delay

Mod. From which, I don't remember, but there aren't that many arena mods out there I think so it shouldn't be too hard to find

I have some cousins I could do Rw arena with but I would have to go easy since they aren’t very good or haven’t played at all (I would choose monk and give them tips like to be Spearmaster arti rivulet or hunter) 1:16 also is this modded I’ve never seen it

Yeah that's a mod. It's one of those arena packs on the steam workshop, but I've got no clue as to which.

Downwards diagonal (left or right) + Jump button. Gourmand's slide is very long and causes a short stun. It also deals some damage to creatures (just stuns players, though).
