ok so, I'm doing my first hunter run (switch) and I mainly want the hunter unlocks but I dunno how this is supposed to work so, am I supposed to deliver the neuron and the pearl to moon? I stupidly used all my passages in my survivor run and dunno if it's possible to reach her due to the large gaps in sky islands (I saw you toss the pearl to use the mushroom's jump boost to cross those gaps)

You only need to deliver the neuron to moon

For the sky island jump, just use a mushroom to jump across the gaps

@@fridge9734 thanks, I managed to figure that out after looking at all the maps and seeing that all hunter unlocks create a sorta map on what direction you should go (I thought it was impossible to get past sky islands without a squidcada but then I remembered mushrooms gave a slight boost in jump and there were some outside a shelter in SI) I still lost that run lol

I'm pretty sure it was unintentional. If I remember correctly, the karma exploit is something the developers hope to fix in the next patch, and it's above deer on the fix list.

You can unlock her by finishing one of the campaigns. There's another really easy way though if you'd like to hear it.

What was up with all the saving at the start? I went thru the comments to see and someone called it an exploit but you'd replied with it not being intentional, but otherwise I don't really know what was going on there unless bugged. I don't play rainworld, so its hard for me to work out what was going on on my own 😅

The video was recorded a long time ago so my memory on it is a little faded. Though, I do remember I used the starvation + exit exploit. This gains karma and progress in passages, if progress was obtained that cycle. I used it to gain the survivor achievement without having to waste any cycles. It was an intentional choice on my part. What I probably meant when I said it was unintended was that it was unintended on the developer's part.

There's an easier way to unlock Hunter mode using some trickery. All you have to do is: Go to the folder where RainWorld is installed in your system -> Add a blank text file and name it 'Unlockred.txt' -> restart the game. This worked for me but I've heard from some people that it didn't work for them. If you are curious, you can give it a go.
