This guided Mindful Awareness Practice (MAPs) is from the "Mindful Explorers" program by Mindful Kindful YOUniversity.
It is intended for elementary-school-aged children, however all ages will enjoy this - even adults! It's helpful to listen to anytime the mind is overactive, distracted, or even for simple relaxation, including bedtime. Just like the two ends of the rainbow seemingly touching the ground - this relaxation practice is grounding and helps the mind and body to settle down -- to feel calm, safe, peaceful, and warm like sunshine!
There are minimal images so you can close your eyes and visualize the images being described as you drift into relaxation. Enjoy!
