20:45 miss jo stop worrying so much that alone can cause so much anxiety we r all here for you and love whatever content u give us ❤ my mom suffers from severe anxiety and at one point about 20 yrs ago was a ghoraphobic I know I spelled it wrong but she couldn’t even go out the front door on the porch to get the mail all she ever did was lay in bed and watch tv 📺 it was hard to watch this she was like this for 3 years

Thank you for making me smile 💕 As someone who regularly suffers from insane anxiety and perfectionism and also gets adhd overwhelm / hyperfocus burn out.. I relate to ALL of this. Was only diagnosed with ADHD this year - in my 40s! It presents so differently in women and apparently they’re only just ‘noticing’ it 😳🤦‍♀️🙄 Highly recommend distraction and fur baby cuddles - my most recent distraction.. I’ve taken up cross stitch - I’ve gone full old lady! But it’s enough with the tv on and it’s “perfectionissy” and “concentratey” enough.. and I’m doing one that says ‘I can’t adult today’ so it works 🤣.. sorry you’re getting my life story here.. All that to say.. Sending all the good vibes and all the well wishes 💕 Ps. I’m also in a band and wrote a song called ‘Everything’s FINE!’.. it’s basically me yelling ‘everything’s fine’ a lot.. note: it’s a punk ‘adjacent’ band and very good for getting out the stupid feelings… note.. I also wrote a song about a squirrel.. and they didn’t know I had ADHD 🤦‍♀️🙄

@@MissJosNailCo I also have an embroidery thing on the go you might like - it’s a little more intricate and fun (I usually have 10 projects on at once lol). I’m loving a really good beginner sample kit project I found on Temu - kinda cute has 3 different designs - I can imagine it working with the decor in your filming room! If you look up ‘3-piece embroidery kit with 33 unique stitches - DIY craft set for adults (etc etc stupidly long stupid names!!) - says ‘Enjoy’ ‘Your’ ‘Life’ on each square and has mushrooms and plants - also has a QR code and videos you can watch to learn! Highly recommend!! I have a ton of other anxiety coping things if you ever need advice or ideas - or just need to vent - hope that doesn’t sound too creepy / weird. . Just know I really get it - the exhaustion and the not being able to sleep either and the awake all night but doing better because the world is quiet.. and dreading the sun coming up.. or maybe it’s just me lol Things I try to remember and tell myself regularly ‘these are thoughts not facts’.. and ‘feelings are ok’ .. and know it’s ok to have good days and horribly shit bad days / weeks and you’re amazing either way, no one is judging you as harshly as you are judging yourself 💕 in fact you’ve inspired me so much I start a nail tech course next week AND I’m starting my own business - and my gosh - you should see my Jack Skellington!! Loved that tutorial!! .. so please tell your anxiety brain gremlin from me to STFU and tell it to fk right off lol.. because you’re amazing 😊 Sorry for the long replies!!! lol 😂 💕 I’ll try to shoosh now 🤣🤣
