Rainbow River | One Of Florida's Best Gem

Hey everyone and welcome to the channel! Rainbow River is located in Dunnellon, Florida and the views of this beautiful river is a must see! The river stretches 6 miles long and has some beautiful nature along with that crystal clear water you need to see. My wife do come here often to paddle board this amazing gem and every time we leave extremely thankful living close to these springs. Things to know before coming here listed below!

My aunt lives on the rainbow river. About .5 miles from headspring. Directly across from the jump tree

I think it’s roughly 15 - 20 minute paddle. It’s not bad at all.

@@23janneter I actually never been to Waikiki spring area. I’ve only been up kings landing/Kelly rock springs which I know is narrow. We highly enjoy rainbow due to how much space you have on the river.

Do not swim in that river. It is infested with bull sharks. last year 10 people were attacked by bull sharks with five fatalities.

Hi Mike. Good info on that but isn’t that Crystal River? I’ve never heard of any fatalities at Rainbow River but I can be wrong as well. We don’t swim here though.
