I have a 5 inch pleco, if I get a red tailed shark will they be compatible?

In my experience the Rainbow sharks are generally more relaxed than the redtails :)

Your fish are gorgeous. I don't know much about them, but you have an excellent eye for color and photography in my opinion. Fishkeeping aside, this is a beautiful video.
