Well Night Haven advantage to Rainbow is that they are although basically autonomous like Rainbow, but they are classified as PMC, unlike Rainbow that is autonomous, but basically global unified CTU unit So in terms of tech usage and development, they can go above and beyond the boundaries of what typical allied nation units can do, which was why Harry was okay to begin with, some things, despite each individual's massive talent and performance, each one has a fatal flaw in all themselves, as we seen with the way they coordinated together, Sledge Dokka, etc. While all those can be polished, the unit's boundaries are something they can't go past... It will be a massive threat to every nation, that Rainbow pull their biggest asset away and can potentially be used against them, much less having knowledge of internal affairs. That's where Nighthaven stands, the grey and red areas

Hibana's the leader of a team consists of all-rounders with varying skills who can support the other squads in any situation. Red Hammer is Thermite's squad. They are the big guns and the breaching specialists. Also, leaked dialogue before Brutal Swarm was officially announced revealed that this squad and Ghosteyes will encounter the true enemy.

She was able to get him into a choke hold with her legs when he left himself vulnerable after slamming her on the table. She is a BJJ artist and that scene was brilliant. Also, it was Dokkaebi who saved Thatcher, not Hibana. But yeah, Cav of all people should've been able to subdue Kali, especially with the element of surprise.
