Rainbow Mark I was the ultimate line-up, and will be remembered forever. Blackmore's decision to go commercial after their breakup was not exactly the right move, but anyway. JLT's voice is incredible, but his stage presence is weak. Mark III had 1 or 2 hits per album, which i love...sadly, they were boring in concert, to tears. Quite disappointing...fortunately (for me, not them), they toured with The Scorpions, who blew them off the stage.
