Also that creepy green fog blows my mind. That psychiatrist is so perfectly evil as he calmly tries to mess with this guy's head. And of course the triumphant victorious 80's ending to the movie.

Помню 84 г. Пришёл со службы и поехал к бабуле в любимую Грузию. И там,сидя ночью на балконе, прослушал радио Монте-Карло на ,,Океане,,.Самые лучшие вещи из Bent out of shape. Я был просто в ауте. С учётом того,что хороший рок я слушал с 75г. 😊😊😊😊

Love the song/video from what I feel was the weakest of the 3 Joe Lynn Turner Rainbow LP.'s. Years later I became a level1 hypnotist, and I used it on my dying mother to help her relax and transition. "I've seen this place before, and you were standin' by my side. I've seen your face before...to-NI-ight. Now I know I see what I want it to be but it's till a mystery..." Loved it then. Love it now. Thanks for the post.

What comes to mind when hearing this song: riding a gondola on a canal in VENICE, ITALY. Love this song, and it's a shame it's hardly played on oldies stations.

I work with twenty-something kids at my job. I just wish they could discover this music and bring it back. The magic of the 1980's transitionary music scene was lost on us because we didn't know how pop music would evolve to auto tuner and flash in the new millenium.

Rainbow should have been on greatest acts of the 80"s ...they should've had a few more tunes like this to keep them on the charts......they're remembered more like an interesting footnote of the time

They still deserved more recognition for what they produced . Too many lineup changes hurt them I believe ,

Rainbow Mark I was the ultimate line-up, and will be remembered forever. Blackmore's decision to go commercial after their breakup was not exactly the right move, but anyway. JLT's voice is incredible, but his stage presence is weak. Mark III had 1 or 2 hits per album, which i love...sadly, they were boring in concert, to tears. Quite disappointing...fortunately (for me, not them), they toured with The Scorpions, who blew them off the stage.

Rainbow always captured the complex/sophisticated, simple and melodic, and the emotional, all at the same time. Must be how Blackmore earned a strange reputation as a Wizard of sorts!

@@BAKER22-l4u The rock papers always referred to him as such in the 70s. It created the idea that he lived in a castle and practiced sorcery - ironically, that turned out to be Jimmy Page who did that stuff!

Another one of my favorite rock classics from Rainbow! Whats also interesting is the man in this video playing the patient will play Dr Julian Bashir in ST Deep Space Nine in the early 90s. Then other movies later on. Some actors got started in their careers after being in music videos!
