@@codybauer4343 Because it's not the same format, and purpose. But it's still an S tier tournament. I get that people think we're losing a major, but really the amount of top events we'll be seeing will be about the same.

‘Third party event’. So basically the EWC but not directly named to avoid backlash. They took away a major and replaced it with a shitty event in Saudi. Sad to see the decline of Siege esports

I don't understand the reduction on the number of majors to 1 a year. Siege is larger than it has been in a while and tickets sell out very fast. I know for a fact that the Manchester Major sold out within days. 2 tournaments a year plus maybe esports world cup is not very much, especially seeing how esports world cup lasts 3 days. I at least hope that teams are getting paid double for the singular major, but for some reason I doubt that's the case.

Basically we have only one major a year where less than 2 yrs ago we had 3, we are excluding rosters and teams such as VP, W7M, Soniqs and BD from partnership and therefore they will have to play to even earn a spot in regional leagues, only 2 international events in a year, what is this ubi, trying to kill siege esports

You can't merge leagues and not increase the number of spots. You want to increase the growth of siege all this is gonna do is hinder the growth for example mena will only have 2-3 teams max in the new system for EML I expect 12-16 spots at least so that mena and the new turkey teams have a chance against the established European teams.

Challenger series and promotion sounds great. Closed leagues are terrible. CL4L showed why that's the case, beating loads of T1 teams in the LCQ.

Worried about levels of regions play. We love to force shitty servers to manage games where teams are gonna are in completely different regions instead of increasing the events or inclusiveness of r6 in countless third party events. Restricting fans to actually seeing favourite teams live. One major is absolutely crazy as well. We are about to see the apocalypse of r6 esports as we see it. First challenger league stopped and country league reductions happened and replaced with an awful system r6 combine which barely gets streamed. now this when are the community gonna stop being let down by everything this game and esport “we think this is for the best”

It should be 3 majors in a year it should be 3 round swap 1st. two 7 rounds wins map no more six rounds whoever gets on defense wins because they’re on the superior side Two tactical timeouts per map first one to match point round 6 earns a tactical timeout
