it randomizes teams in private lobbies so you have to play in public lobbies, you just have to hope that you can get both teams in before any random people join

You have to make the group with the first 3 people, launch the game and then have them join or invite them afterwards..

Assassin's Network, google it to find the site, and i believe you log in with your uplay account. You can create a clan from there. :)
