Hey, I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping because my brain likes to keep me up with depressive thoughts at night, only relatively recently I've been looking into ASMR, and by far this is the channel I most frequent. Just got home from my friends house in a get together and spending the night deal. 8 people sleeping in the living room of my friends house was a lot, but it was fun. But I’m home now and I’m going to actually sleep tonight because sadly I can’t sleep the day away tomorrow

I skipped a day I think. I was tired and just passed out fr fr. Being mad at people and yourself is draining. I wish I could just do what I’m meant to do without other people. But I can’t. And it’s annoying. But I’m doing better today so I shouldn’t dwell on it. Just get some good sleep
