It’s so comforting to hear Bert and Rain talk about anxiety and OCD. Bert saying that he doesn’t understand how people go about their lives without worrying and being afraid basically 24/7-I don’t think I’ve ever related more to a sentence that has come from a celebrity’s mouth. I say that pretty much word for word all the time and it makes me feel kinda crazy. Having mental health conversations on a platform like this is so important. This made me realize I am not the only person in the world who thinks like this, and it gives me hope for my future success. If Bert and Rain became successful living with these things, I know I can too. What a wonderful podcast and what wonderful, genuine people they are.

Thank you so much for the happiness discussion. Also, I have just come out of a long phase of not believing in a higher power and now am finding purpose and joy in believing the universe is far larger than just this day to day. Also, laughing is so healing. Currently in a hard spot in my life and have been fighting off depression and “searing” anxiety. The first thing I wanna do in the morning is put on my favorite sitcom and eat breakfast to start my day off with a couple chuckles before I plow thru my current situation. I’m thankful for the people who have dedicated their lives to helping us have a lighter perspective on life’s challenges and experiences.

I really hope Bert's friends and family talk him into using the CPAP for his sleep apnea. I had the same symptoms as him and found out my oxygen level was going down to 68% at night... this was the same level that my mom had with Covid on the night they said she wouldn't survive (she did miraculously). That coughing is from acid reflux causing inspiration of vomit into his lungs and his voice is cracked because of the acid effects on his vocal cords. He could easily die in his sleep and I wish so much I could tell him about it. I've heard people are concerned about him and I really truly do not want to lose this wonderful man to something preventable. His comedy makes me laugh so much and brings me out of depressed moods, he is a gift to us. I hated my CPAP at first too, but you truly get used to it after a week or two, especially when you know you probably have almost died in your sleep countless times. I'll be praying for him.

I loved the office so much that I started a Facebook group for people who love the office. I was a member of several of these groups but I really didn't like the way some people would shit on certain actors or their characters on the show. I loved all of the characters and the actors that played those characters so much I started my own group (The Office LOVERS) never expecting to to get as big as it is now. We STILL have people joining this group! I just love knowing that people are still seeing this show all these years later, and loving it SO much that they go and join a Facebook group so they can see more of it, and discuss it, and their theories, etc. I honestly don't know if any of the actors will ever truly know how impactful this wonderfully goofy show was/is! ❤
