Oh Jen, What a lovely video! I enjoyed it immensely! Rain or no rain Finland is a beautiful country. We live in Boston, USA. The pace is fast. I believe in "stop and smell the roses". I like when we pause our life to enjoy and appreciate the life that we have. I'm a woman of a certain age. You have giving me a lot of insight. I wish I lived closer to a place with saunas. I think that I can have a "reasonable fact similarly" once my bathroom redo is completed. Many things are going on in our lives now. Both me and my husband will be having surgery in the coming months. It's not a bad thing. It will improve the quality of our lives. Thank you, Jen for being such respite in this challenging world. I live in Los Angeles, California and it has been very hot and dry. I don’t like the dryness at all. Today is the first day that it is not feeling so hot and I am glad for it. Love your routine. It feels so easy and peaceful. I am going to start going to the sauna at my gym at least once per week (thank you for the inspiration). Taking care of my mental health is super important for me also. Thanks again for your wonderful video!
