You should get a spring like the ones for the air hoses on the back of a semi tractor. Then attach it where it has enough pull to hold your unrolling wheels up when you need the spear but the weight of the wheel attachment is enough to over come the spring when you tip the fork down and you could unroll without getting out to drop the wheels. Maybe what do you think?
