Hi guys~
Last week I (Sarah) had the whole week off from work, as the English academy I work at was closed due to the MERS situation. It was amazing to have that little ‘staycation’, however this week I had to work 6 days straight (usually I have a 4 day work week), so we really didn’t have any time (or energy) to go anywhere exciting to film. Even if it weren’t for my long work week, we are still avoiding busy areas due to MERS, since we don’t want to take any chances. This is the most beautiful time to travel around and sight see in Korea, so it’s really a bummer that we aren’t able to do just that. At least you can get a look into our ‘typical couple life at home’ ^^
Thanks so much for all of you who commented and voted for the skincare/makeup video! I went through all the comments and skincare seems to have won, so I will be doing my first video on skincare, and then maybe I’ll do one on makeup in July :D It won’t be a tutorial style video, however I will be showing and talking about my favorite products I’ve discovered while living in Korea these last few years~ I’m a bit nervous to do a video like this since I’ve never done it before, but skincare and makeup products are a guilty pleasure of mine…so I’ll do my best! ^^

I like eating vanilla ice cream with lots of salty peanuts and coconut. If no peanuts/coconut, then I sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top of the vanilla ice cream. Must have the salt with the sweet. I know what you're talking about!

this is so funny because i'm sitting in my room eating my classic finals addiction/spoil-myself meal: swedish fish and cape cods potato chips lol. tbh it's just an endless cycle for me. i eat sweet, i crave salty, then eat salty, then crave sweet. i think maybe i like to end with salty though, and then drink a lot of water, and then brush my teeth because i just ate two bags of grease and sugar LOL.

Haha And yeah korean like to drink Rice Alcohol 'Mark gerly' with 'Jeon' pan cake in the rainy day. That's true~! :) I guess it's look so similar to salty and sweet combination. Cuz rainy day make us depressed or feel more colder or lonely little bit. So alcohols could make us relax and Jeon make us feel warm. Actually, Jeon's smell is remind me about family party or gathering. Cuz when we are gathered all family then always make some jeon and eat it together.
