Wow, what a monster fold with the nut flush on a paired board, but I see the aggressor was an older nit, and they only lead out with the nuts. How does that dummy bet out on the turn with QUADS? That’s clearly a check, because no card can fall that would hurt him.

K9hh hand, super tough position, but in 5/3 stakes I pretty much always fold a flush to a paired board and big surprise lead out. River bluff frequency is close to 0% 3-way, I think, and I just don't see trips or lower flush leading out that much.

Great fold on that flush! I was thinking that the only thing that made sense was A7, J7 or 10 7. I'd love to play with that guy that had the set of sizes and the quad 8s. Jamming over a lead with 4th set when a str8 and flush are possible? Then betting big with quads on the turn when you haven't showed aggression? I'd sit there all day till the guy was dead broke.

K8cc river flush hand, I would go textbook Sklansky and open shove, unless effectives were super deep. My river bluff frequency is going to be pretty high with that run out and betting action. Sure, I probably would have scared off middle set (thus the high bluff frequency), but rivering the stone nuts is the time to go for max value against even a low percentage call frequency with second nuts, like a queen flush QJcc type hand or a 98 straight with club removal. Granted holding A8cc with a rivered Jc would be a better max value payoff situation against a K or Q high flush or 98 straight, but I still think this situation calls for a shove.
