Actually lord Ram was named by Sage Vasistha and In Hinduism, the two most important mantras are “Om Namo Narayana” and “Om Namah Shivaya”. Vasishta took “Ra” from Om Namo Narayana and “Ma” from Om Namah Shivaya So when you say Ram, you are saying both shiva and Vishnu 🥰🙏

In Ramadhoota stotram the sounds at the startings Ramm, khamm, imm, samm, humm these are not the main bheejaksharas like om, sreem, hreem etc., But they were written and pronounced in a way that they are sounded like bheejaksharas So when we use it we don't need to follow the rules to chant them as we use for main bheejaksharas like om, hreem, sreem etc.,
